Hi, I lost my Dad very suddenly in December. He was 75. He had a previous heart attack and AF so that’s what they put it down too. He was on medication for this. Im struggling with the suddenness of him going, he was doing normal activities during the morning, Mum came home and found him sitting on the floor against the wall, he was already gone. Keep wondering if he suffered or went very quickly. He wasn’t near his mobile phone. So sad as he didn’t have any warning before. We are all so devastated.

Lost my Dad Suddenly to Heart Attack
I'm so sorry for your loss. I had a sister die suddenly of a cardiac issue. She was 60.
I've experienced quite a few deaths of family members. The sudden death was a tough one. When our loved one is doing well it's very difficult to wrap our heads around what might have happened.
Please take care of you. Let your feelings out and take all the time you need to grieve
