With so many colds, flu and other viruses, have you managed to keep well this past few weeks?

Health wise I’ve been doing really well. I went for a pedicure two weeks ago. I didn’t wear a mask & nor did she. She was showing me pics of her puppy on her phone so we were pretty close up. Three days later I found out that she had covid 😱🤦‍♀️ That’s the 4th time I’ve been close up to someone with covid. 🤞. I’ve been very lucky. Mask now being worn 🙄

Definitely take a lateral flow test, unbelievable.

There is so much going on out there. Last year the flu cases were extremely low due to masking, My best thought on this is keep the mask on. It's not worth getting sick.

It is a worrying time regardless of Christmas, we can only be sensible, wear our masks and make sure we have our jabs.

It's hard but I am being really cautious.

I was un well before during and after my flu jag and booster ok now hopefully stay that way.
