Thank you Chloe, I’m not sure what steps would help me to be honest even without the Covid restrictions.

Yes... they did work for a while but I needed to get back to "me" to really process things fully and put things into perspective to move forward. I still have some, kind of like a safety blanket, I know if things get really bad I can always go back on them.
