Miss you Dad

Sometimes the loss of my Dad to Covid is actually just too much to cope with.

There is such an ache in my heart and an emptiness in my soul.

The realisation is setting in (3 months later) that he isn’t coming home & it feels like I’ve been hit by a train.

We all share your pain because we have been this way on our own personal journey.

We will be here for you in the coming years.

Take comfort from our silent sorrow and friendship.

Good luck be with you.

I'm sorry for your loss maemae86. I feel your pain. My Dad passed away at the beginning of the year. I told a friend I had never felt pain like this before. The good advice that was shared with me is that, with time, you will learn to live with it. You'll never forget but gradually you'll find the good days outweigh the bad. Do you have family or friends you can talk to?

Very early days for you. You will in time be able to think of your dad & all the good times you had together. You will feel & see the sunshine again. Be gentle with yourself
