Throughout these past months you have all been through so much hurt, sadness, anger, anxiety and depression to name just some of the emotions you’ve endured, that my heart goes out to you all 💗
I really appreciate you and hope you will find some peace in your hearts soon.

I have found talking things over with trusted friends has been of great help say worries about getting another job, worries about the virus which is a lot better lately as more jabs are going into arms and we have rebooked all the things that could be replaced from last year that got cancelled, threw away the ones we didn't want to rebook and replace and come to terms with things that can't be replaced.
Things like Easter, Christmas and valentines will come round again and Baby the cats birthday in April!
Initially when my father got taken into hospital by ambulance I just felt so angry and one of my friends had said to me not to worry about their attitude as what goes around comes around and never had they wished for something like that to have happened though and said how they were ashamed of themselves for having said how we reap what we sow but it was one of those situations that was beyond their control and that life had decided on that course of action and yes they were right no it wasn't very nice the way I was treated but life had other ideas and said how it had decided on that happening and how its right we reap what we sow!
I do feel that this is a valuable lesson in being kinder to each other though and a lesson in not being so selfish and having respect for others decisions and that they have free will even if the things are wrong for them.
Perhaps some of the choices they criticised weren't what was best for me but ultimately I have the right to make my own choices even if they aren't what's right for me.
Another thing I forgot to mention is that another lesson I have learned from all this is that in life there is very little that is urgent and important.
Before I start getting uptight nowadays over silly things I take a step back and ask myself is it urgent and important and 95% of the time no it isn't and can easily wait.
