On Sunday i spent three and a half hours sitting on my pati picking out weeds. With 30 minute breaks every hour. It was such a pleasurable experience such as i have not known for a long time. There is such a natural pleasure in horticulture. Hope everyone enjoyed themselves as much as i did.

My husband has been gone coming up on 1 year now.... I've never felt so alone...
Holiday times are often even harder for those grieving.
So, during this time, I try to celebrate those I love and have lost.
