i feel tired after been out

Hi everyone

I have been out for a walk today went with my fiancee and i took Redford and Richard my guinea pigs in their pet stroller we went to the beach cafe and had a scone and a coffee then i walk down long the beach and then walked home and i am feeling really tired ready for a sleep.

I am hot and bothered now.

Can't believe i managed to go out it was a struggle

Staff - Your outing sounds ideal to me; beach, fiancee, pets, scone, coffee. Perhaps you are tired because while you were enjoying this peaceful setting your mind was spinning like a guinea pig in a cage, reviewing your past life and your loss. I love the idea of guinea pigs in their pet stroller. I hope the walk lifted your spirits.
