Moving back to the UK

Hi Guy's

I am moving back to the UK from Australia and have researched the new centres of excellences for Behcets (I was diagnosed 3 years ago) and was wanting to get in contact with them so that my transition is easy as possible. Does anybody know how I can contact then (anyone will do and then I can go from there). There seems to be no contact details for them or for anybody (not just in the centres) that I can contact for some information.

Any help and advice would be greatfully received
