For a few weeks now I am having so much pain and stiffness at the top of my neck just below my head. So much that I struggle to turn my head from side to side.
Has anyone else felt that before?

Yes I had what your describing about 6 weeks back. Pain at the base of my neck, with severe headaches. I was taking cocodamol, which makes these headaches worse. Anyway the emergency doc had no idea what it was but advised me to take ibuprofen, which drastically helped. I got my eyes rechecked, my prescription had changed slightly, not sure the glasses had anything to do with it though. This is lasted around 2 weeks until I tried accupunture-amazing by the way, by the 3rd day all pain had disappeared. I do know a lot of people who have been experiencing this problem who don't have behcets too...
Anyway hoped this has helped, look after yourself x
I also have had those issues. I went through a year of severe headaches with a hot poker pain at the top of my neck working all the way down through my shoulders. I went through a bazillion tests. The concensus was basular migraines. I also had other symptoms that happened later, I started having paralysis in both legs and arms. It turned out I also had Hemiplegic migraines. Anyway, I’d see a neurologist. I take a drug called verapimil and that took that pain away. I don’t have that anymore. I still get paralysis from time to time. Unfortunately migraines won’t leave me alone. I still get them almost daily no matter what drug I try. I’ve tried them all. Behcet’s and done other issues kind of compounds migraines.
