This stuff works really well for me (see photo). It has anti inflammatories but also something that adds cold so it changes the sensations and works really quickly.
Best thing is it’s available from supermarkets and doesn’t break the bank.
If you use it at night wash your hands after. Otherwise if u rub your eyes with this on your hands it makes your eyes feel weird!

We have the same thing here in the US but it is by prescription only. My insurance doesn't like to pay for it even though I can't ingest any anti inflammatories due to blood clots. I have to fight them every time I need it. It is very expensive here without a prescription... Between$80-100 USD. I was just hoping that things had changed and it was now available here. My friend in Denmark gets it over the counter for around$5 too. The US just likes to overcharge for all meds. Here it is called Voltaran gel or diclofenac gel.
