Keep calm And keep smiling

Hi everyone I know it's so hard to keep calm and smile at this really terribly sad situation we are all facing but we really need to try for our health. I have so many things wrong with me Bechets, POTS, diabetes, weak heart values, problems with my liver, fiybromyalgia and couple off other mild things. I'm worried about it obviously and worried for the most special people in my wife and 4 kids. My wife is my full time carer and she also looks after my kids so she is run off her feet all the time. So has many people who have carer's know they need to be looked after to. So please everyone just keep trying to think positively and if you need to get things off your chest I'm here as well as most people here.
