Third set of oral ulcers and can’t stop coughing for 3+’ months now

So after waiting to see if my 1st apthous oral ulcer would be followed by anymore after suffering from retinal vasculitis and BRAO OF RIGHT EYE , I’ve now had my 3rd outbreak of ulcers since 8/17. My eye issues have spontaneously resolved after being diagnosed in 6/16.

I’ve had cystic acne of face and filloiculutis mostly pubis area and vitiligo, dishydrotic excema of left foot and nail infections. Muscle and joint pain and diagnosed fibromyalgia though I’ve known it was autoimmune since 2008.

Depression and anxiety and overwhelming feelings of being a hypochondriac since I was a 30 yr old I’m 46 now. I feel like I’m finally closed than ever to a diagnosis now that reoccurrent mouth ulcers w severe dry mouth and eyes have also been confirmed despite negative blood work due autoimmune disorders except for high WBC and low grade temp. I never w Gabe recent metabolic syndrome too.

I made an appointment for 3/14 for my Rheumatologist’s s d I’m hoping the additional mouth ulcers now got some criteria.

Diagnosis equals answers, hope and treatment and no diagnosis means continued suffering with no answers and no resolve or hope to me.

I’m curious if anyone with Behcet feels these symptoms resemble there own in ny way I’ve had other mystery symptoms that I’m leaving off of here too just always something and it’s always weird and nonspecific too

I’ve never given up on finding an answer though I have to say I’m really close! It’s quite depressing to be so ill and know it and not have any answers or treatments for so many years

I’m hla b27 positive w high wbc that’s it on blood work my 1st apthous last 3 weeks so did the second each outbreak is increasingly painful now too this one looks small but hurts like a sore punch in my cheek

These just occurred today but I felt them coming up intensely I felt sick all over w chills too so strange

Did you ever get a diagnosis? Some of your symptoms sound like my BD, but others remind me of what I've heard about Churg-Strauss. Hope you are well! Good luck!
