Going on holiday

I have finally been told that I can now go on a long haul holiday, since I got bi lateral blood clots in my lungs in 2014. My sister moved to Canada 5 years ago, and I’ve never been able to visit her..but now I can, and as a surprise I want to visit her in May, as it’s her 50th birthday.

The only problem is, I’m worried about medical /travel insurance...does anyone know of any companies that insure I’ll people, but don’t charge the earth?

Thank you x

Hi again,

Each time I’ve been away, since having active Behçets ‘affecting multiple organs’ I have used justtravelcover.com who have been unbelievably cheap considering what they are insuring.

Once you enter your health condition, it asks whether it is active and whether it is active in ‘multiple organs’ which I always select and it’s always been very affordable.

See how you get on.

All the best,

Will.
