Has anyone had any issues with getting a vasectomy? I'm on Cellcept which slow healing, I'm have ZERO Behect's issues. I'm very nervous to get this done, but I'm 30 and have 4 kids so that part is fine. I just don't want additional pain down there outside of healing time.

Hubby had it done, and as I understand they just tie a tube or two! Sorry for the basic explanation, but he hasn't talked about it much - understandable! He had no issues at all but a bit tender. I would ask all these questions to a medic, but I don't think there is much, if any, cutting of tissue involved. He is not the Behcets sufferer - I am - that is why I replied. Just get all your questions answered before you go ahead. Good luck.
It sucks for a month
Forget boxers, support is needed 24/7
Remember you are not safe until 10 weeks or so and negative testing
No manual labor ( my friend ignored this and his testicles grew to the size of a volleyball and required additional intervention)
Then it's smooth sailing!
Hi I have bechets disease and fibromyalgia and had the snip two months ago. I had the non scalpel vasectomy so not that invasive. I was a little sore for a few days but if you take it easy you will be fine. Good luck and hope it goes well.

Hi Miataman Good luck. Some helpful replies here but you may also want to talk to the doctor who looks after you and your BD too. Best wishes.
