Gluten free diet?
Hi and no I haven't tried gluten free but about 6 years ago somebody suggested I try cutting out yeast. It wasn't easy as if you look on contents everything packaged in any form seems to contain yeast especially breads.
Long story short I did it for 4 years and it certainly helped me with regards to stomach bloating, pain, constipation . Because of this I think I deal with pain better as I am more relaxed not having to deal with tummy probs. I do now eat bread occassionally and all is still good.
Hope this helps and I'm sure it's worth giving anything a try.

Hi,
Yes I avoid Gluten. I also avoid wheat and dairy products. Dairy products are for me one of the food sources that I might as well not eat so to speak, as it goes straight through me. literally too! Lovely😊x
Avoiding Gluten and Wheat has made a huge difference to my gut symptoms. I do still get bouts where it flares up, but on the whole it is better.
You have got nothing to loose by trying a Gluten free diet. If you enjoy cooking even more reason because you know exactly what goes into it.
Good luck. C x
P.s If you want any help with recipies etc. feel free to PM me and I will be very happy to help.😊x
Yes i noticed a big cutdown on my joints (that were affected and inflamed daily) and the rashes went down also. I have been told by my dr to cut out dairy and meats-go vegan. I met him part way, i gave up dairy and use almond or coconut milk With cereal etc. I'm sure iit has done a bit of good somewhere
