When I had a bad flare some months ago I lost about 7-8 pounds very quickly. I also lost my appetite. Fever.. I dont know for certain but do not think so.

If you are asking me, yes I am diagnosed with Behcets. I dont get fever and had not really read or heard about fever in others. Sadly.. I guess that is also part of it, in at least some people.

yes fever and ulcers r most importent clues of BD.i had both always.I was ok from many years but from few days suddenly i m feeling fatigue and fever again and also loss of apetite and thanks for reply

Hi there, I suffer with a raised temperature very often, sometimes I would say a fever of 38c +, but mostly when I feel it coming on I know to take Paracetamol so as to not let it get to the "fever" stage..........it is apart from oral ulcers the one thing I trace back to the beginning...........I think that it is due to inflammation in the body (not exactly sure where though) blood vessels I suspect....weight loss, weight loss I'm not too sur about, but with my recent addition to my medication I can certainly notice that my appetite is very diminished...........although I can't reall say that have had a reduction in my weight as yet...

Hi there

A lot of us over the years have discussed having fever or heat sweats and I definitely get them a lot of the time. I sort of use it as a warning for me to slow down as it's the immune system kicking into overdrive.

If you type the word "fever" in the search bar above on the righthand side in the green banner....you will see many previous discussions about fever and/or feeling hot with sweats.
