Not in any way suggesting that we stop taking meds, which I do take. I have done steroids and still on immunosuppresants on top of bilogicals ( Humira).
I shared this because I was doing taichi but time pressures made me drop it for a long period. Took a nasty turn this year and decided to resume taichi.
