Just wanted to share this with you:

"Cutting-edge research from Harvard Medical School also supports the long-standing claims that Tai Chi also has a beneficial impact on the health of the heart, bones, nerves and muscles, immune system, and the mind. This research provides fascinating insight into the underlying physiological mechanisms that explain how Tai Chi actually works. "

Hi Wizard;

Treatment of Behçet's disease is the same in all countries. The course of the disease is different. Patient experience of untapped. Disease-causing factor in everyone's got one, but the immune system suppressed and body resistance is low in people with Behcet's is showing itself.

Hello Sunset!

Not in any way suggesting that we stop taking meds, which I do take. I have done steroids and still on immunosuppresants on top of bilogicals ( Humira).

I shared this because I was doing taichi but time pressures made me drop it for a long period. Took a nasty turn this year and decided to resume taichi. I personally do feel that it adds significant improvements to my well being. And then I came across this article, which validates my personal experience.

all the best!

Hi Wizard;

If you're a blood values for a month using Humira assay and the cough is not necessarily in consultation with your doctor.
