Living with a serious and debilitating medical condition long term is pretty damn hard. You can forgive anyone for getting down and depressed at times. But for the most amazing inspirational story of courage, check out this guys Facebook page:

For some reason I can't access the link, but I'm presuming that you're talking about the inspirational young man Stephen Sutton?

I was feeling rotten last week and came across his story. It's amazing, and bought tears of gratitude to my life.

It made me sit and think long and hard. I missed a trip I was REALLY wanting to go on a few months ago, and yet it's too easy to focus on that disappointment and forget all the times when I do manage to go to events and thoroughly enjoy them.

Stephen really reminded me that I have lots of opportunity to get out and LIVE and have a meaningful life. I think it's a story worth sharing...thx Jill
