Does anyone in Jersey go to the London Clinic for treatment?

I have asked Dr Richardson about this and gave him the paperwork I downloaded but had not had answer as yet. I will bring it up at my next visit to him,

Hi Dreamcatcher, just wanted to check if you have had much joy in giving the info to the doctor? I am currently struggling they have now found wear and tear on back and have pains all around my ribs to the front (ouch) three gp call outs and one hospital trip hoping this is going to pass quickly. Am seeing Dr Richardson in about a week and will ask about this. Am having a lot of lower back pain and have had x-ray which showed general wear and tear and pre-osteo signs. Most probs at present are with my teeth which are really suffering, ulceration nis improved but my mouth is so dry all the time.

Hi Jean,

Do you know if it's possible to be under the care of a UK center of excellence if you live outside of the UK (EU). What would that involve in terms of paperwork if the case?

Thanks for your contact and advice, Jean. We have our own local healthcare system in Jersey so it would have to go via the consultant, but there are very few of us here with Behcet's

Just and update when to see Dr Richardson I to took the London Clinic paperwork. Although I don't want to get my hopes up he said he would look in to this. I will keep my fingers crossed in hope that he will agrees to send me to London soon. Will keep you posted on this as and when I hear from or next see Dr Richardson in December. Ali xx
