yes I had it mesenteric vein thrombosis in 2009

Hi yes I had a DVT in the .P. vein [ carn't remember if was called the peritonel vein or something like that] Its the main artery to the heart + lungs. would need to look it up. Nothing major happened just got a useless painful calf and back of knee ~ was given blood test and warfarin for 6 months or so. Just had a useless Haemotologist stand in doc but brilliant DVT specialist nurses. The nurses new just how to treat you with respect and concern brilliant. So dont panic it may never happen kind regards MFG
