i have thrush it started back in 2019 and ever since I keep getting it it's so pain full I'm on the tablet and it said take every 72 hours I'm a bit confused ever took them be for and when do thay start too work and now I've noticed a bit of bleeding am at the hospital to see . I need help

Sorry Fleurl it is difficult to understand what your concerns are. If you have genital symptoms of any type that are not being treated or controlled by oral medication for that amount of time , then you should be discussing with your healthcare practitioner.

Has your gp been taking swabs to confirm its actually thrush?

The reason I ask is that I was being treated for thrush for over a year. I would be given treatment and swab taken and then results would say no thrush. Don't get me wrong, some would also come back positive. I'm a diabetic so thrush is common.

I was seen by a dermatologist who diagnosed me with lichen schlorosis which makes me itch , bleed and my vulva would be inflamed. I have flair ups, usually in the week before my period.

Ask to be referred to a dermatologist to check if its something else making you so sore. Don't use any soap products just water and hydromol
