8 weeks post endometrial ablation

Ok so last Tuesday my first period happened it was light for 4 days no clots or cramps but it stopped Friday but from Saturday till today I've been getting white discharge but it goes to bleeding ( spotting ) daily in the afternoon with breast tenderness 🤔 I haven't a clue what's going on but I'm also having vaginal dryness too! I'm hoping it's not another period coming as that wouldn't add up as I've only just ended but this to me isn't normal I have an appt on weds this week with a nurse to get it checked out ....... but I'm just 3ondering at all does anyone else have this or had this??
