Fishy smell after masturbate

Hi i am a 20 years old male it’s been 2 months since i have a fishy smell after i ejaculate i went to different hospital and the doctor said everything seems normal, i test negative for all std but every time I’m done masturbate i have the fishy smell please help me

I had the same issue many years ago. It was caused by trichomonas and cured with Flagyl.

Thank you I’m taking metronidazole for now but the weird thing is i didn’t had sex since November
