Hi, I just had the contraceptive implant removed as I strongly believe it was the cause for my depression (or at least made it a LOT worse) so now I’m looking for a contraceptive pill that ideally doesn’t affect my mood as much as possible. This is crucial for me. As cheeky as this sounds, I’d be interested in trying a pill that also causes breast enlargement as recently I am quite flat chested when my whole life I have owned quite the pair of juggs haha. I am quite insecure in my body due to this so it would be a great bonus, although I am prioritising a pill’s affect on how I will feel most of course. I have a theory that the depression is the culprit for my now deflated breasts (and non existent sex drive) as I experienced something similar to this around 2 years ago when I was going through a very tough time and also struggled with severe depression then. Lastly, I have been prescribed depression/anxiety meds (sertraline) to start taking soon- does this affect my contraceptive pill options ? Thank you :)))

Using sertraline does not limit your options. It is impossible to say what effect different progestogens can have upon your mood. Combined pills all contain a standard oestrogen , ethinyl oestradiol. Again, impossible to predict how/if that would affect your mood.
If your main concern is around hormones and their effect on mood, the best option would be a copper IUD, which is hormone free.
