What was your 1st symptom of genital herpes? Does anyone have internal genital herpes if so what do you experience with an outbreak?

I have no idea what you mean by "internal genital herpes " Do you mean external ? Symptoms of herpes simplex here : fpa.org.uk/sites/default/fi...

Yes it is possible to have herpes simplex on the cervix and vaginal walls in women , and intra-anally also. So if this is what they are defining as "internal " then yes

Can a test show negative if a person has symptoms? I’ve been getting tested every month for 6 months & results say negative but when I look in there I notice small bumps that look flesh color or slightly fluid filled & I have watery discharge, a lot. What do you think this could be. The discharge sometimes smell like vinegar.

testing for herpes tends to be a direct DNA test from broken skin. if you have symptoms for 6 months, changes there every day , you don't have HSV. The discharge sounds like BV. Have you been attending a sexual health clinic ?

I’ve been tested by my obgyn he says that everything look normal during my pelvic exam and all test came back negative. I’ve also been tested by my primary dr and I’ve done urine test & pelvic exams at quick cares. The bumps are not always there sometimes I notice them & other times I don’t. They are inside my vagina.

None of those tests would pick up herpes simplex I am afraid, although if the skin changes don't break the surface and are painful, then its not HSV. In the UK I would advise someone to attend a sexual health service when they are present.

I’ve been test for herpes and it was negative. I’ve been herpes 1(cold sores) positive since middle school but negative for genital herpes 2 (genital herpes).

Type 1 can also cause genital infection. I am presuming this test was done on blood . It doesn't rule out genital HSV type 1 this is why its not routinely done here in the UK. You need to be examined when you have symptoms, if you live in a city then if there are sexual health clinics you could access that.

What absolute garbage. Reported for touting a product which has zero scientific evidence.
