If u taking pep and mistakenly miss a day do you double the dose the next day?

Hello Loyiso, I’m assuming the principles are the same as if you have HIV and are on HART meds, which means that you don’t need to double up the following day. Call your doc for confirmation though

No there is no evidence for doing this. You will just need to finish the course and test at the end. Missing a day later on in the course is likely less serious than the first 3 days .
