I had protected sex 10 months ago with a guy on one night stand. We had 3 times condom sex, the condom is well tied after sex. But after doing research online, I'm worried abt getting HIV and other STD from this.

Please advise me on the issue, I am very anxious

If you had protected sex with a condom on , you should be fully protected. If you had oral sex, that can transmit some infections, so a sexual health screen would be suggested. HIV is very unlikely to be transmitted through oral sex. Contact your local sexual health clinic, if you are in the UK testing is free , many areas have kits you can have sent to your house . Also presume you are vaccinated for hepatitis B, and if under 46 the HPV vaccine if in the UK.
