I had the Mirena coil put in 3 years ago and had a period every month but now it’s every 17 days and I think I am premenopausal and suggestions on if I should have it taken out or just carry on

The Mirena is likely helping your bleeding control, and this could potentially worsen,( heavier or more constant ) if you remove the Mirena. However there can be other causes of unscheduled bleeding in women , so perhaps worth discussing with your gp. Check smears etc up to date
