You have had PEP ( post exposure prophylaxis ) and not PREP. PEP is after a potential sexual risk and PREP is to protect before. If you stop early, there could be a risk of hiv transmission, as the clinic thought your risk was enough to warrant PEP . You need to contact them and discuss your symptoms, as they may not be related to your PEP medication.
