my periods have been so irregular and I am trying to conceive so it’s hard fo tell when am ovulating . When’s the best time to try after my periods done? I don’t know why my period is so irregular . Is it maybe my depo injection wearing off? I got my depo injection last July & it expired in October .

All depends on what your cycle was before Depo. Most fertile time to conceive is usually 14-16 days after the start of your menstrual cycle. Average time to conception is 8 months.

Might be worth getting a temperature chart and checking it every morning. Over a few months you may (or may not) see a pattern. If there is an obvious slight raise for a few days - around 10 /14 days after your period, that's likely to be ovulation.

You may also be able to tell by any mucous discharge changes.

Talk to your doctor about this perhaps
