Hi

Decided to look at my vagina and saw clusters of red spots with yellow top on my vagina lips or labia area. Very worried and concerned it’s something serious like herpes

It does sound like herpes possibly. Go go the clinic or doctors and they can test you xx

Sorry... can't be sure.. bur it does sound like herpes.. if tis is your first outbreak then go straight to the GU clinic. they will test it and will prescribed accordingly PDQ... your gp can't do the test , they'll just take swabs and send them anyway. The quicker it's identified the better, there is a chance at this stage if it is herpes they might be able to knock it out.. Don't delay!

When you say knock it out, you mean get rid of it ? I’ve booked an appointment for tomorrow.

Sounds like it but you can't be sure without getting tested. If it is, it's not the end of the world you'll just have to take medicines to help control your outbreaks. There are plenty of precautions you can take to keep it from spreading to your partner as well. It's a scary situation but HSV is spread more commonly than you think. A lot of people around you may have it and not know it.
