My poop is dark black

Should I be worried so iv been going for four to five 💩 a day and it's really painfull and it's black with what looks like spit

If it is very dark black , like Guinness black, this is a sign of upper gastrointestinal bleeding and you should seek medical advice as soon as possible. If you are taking iron supplements, this can also have the same effect.

I have read that people with Cystic Fibrosis have this chronically due to low Lipase production from the Pancreas. It is one marker of CF.
