Abnormal discharge & other symptoms/Should I assume the worst?

Hi there,

So for the past 2 or so months since meeting my new partner I've had 2 bouts of unusual discharge/slight itching/irritation outside & inside with a general feeling of irritation/soreness. It calmed down for a couple of weeks but then returned. I'm currently in induced menopause as a treatment for Endometriosis & had surgery 6 weeks ago to remove adhesions. I'm going to try and book an appt at my local CASH/GUM clinic asap but have been pretty anxious about it. My partner hasn't had any symptoms bar slight irritation at the same time as my first bout. Anyone experienced anything similar & what was your diagnosis? I checked my PH level & it was reading high. Thanks in advance for any help! This also can also due to surgery.

I had hystreocopy surgery and i had discharge similar like in the pic for about 3 weeks

After my first period, discharge gone
