I have chlamidya but my partner tested negative I've never cheated on him but he has on me

I recently tested positive for chlamidya after finding out my partner cheated on me. I have never cheated on him but he has on me and now I have chlamydia and he doesn't! We both had the same symptoms and mine started off as a urine infection as that's what the doctor tested me for and said I had a urine infection it still hasn't cleared in a few weeks so I went to another doctor who told me to get tested for sti's so I did and I told my partner to get tested too and he did. Now I have chlamidya and he doesn't as he says his doctor that tested him said he got it from me and the rest trust came back as negative but we are both on antibiotics for it. I don't know what's going on or how I have it and he doesn't.

Maybe he found out about it before and got himself treated but didn't tell you?

Alternatively, maybe he has it in his throat but not in urine and throat wasn't tested?
