Hi I need some advice, I have been on many different contraceptions, It started when I was a child with the pill (not sure of the name), I then went onto the injection which I got every 3 months then after a year or so went straight to the implant and then the coil which neither my body could agree with, I went back on the pill for a month then stopped everything for 2 years, I fell pregnant and lost the baby at 7 weeks, I then went back onto the injection of which I was happy until I began getting cramps and strange pains in my groin, I went to the doctor asking to be put on the pill in the expectation of having the pill with the 7 day break to have a period which I was not, I have now been on zelleta for 6 months and have had a small spell of bleeding but not even for a day and it has happened again but for the past 2 days it has been very light almost pink and very uncomfortable, I’m asked my if you think I should take a week break from the pill and then continue or if I should come off it and go back onto the injection?

Thanks in advance
