So me and my boyfriend have been trying to have sex but every single time we try I end up stopping because it hurts too much to put it in. I dont know if this is something that i should be worried about or is it something that its in my head or I just need more foreplay. Help please?

Hi. If you’re a virgin or hadn’t had sex in over a year, it’s normal. Foreplay is good. But try a water-based lubricant to help. I’m certain this will ease a lot of the pain. Furthermore, ask him to insert slowly. Two min per inch. Eventually you’ll be much more comfortable to allow him to advance more quickly.

Lube is your friend, especially if you're on the mini-pill because that is known to cause vaginal dryness.
