I’ve had these bumps for a couple of years, never had sex and they won’t go away any tips to get rid of them

It's looks absolutely normal to me. They look like the hair follicles. The skin on that area is really thin and so they can seem more visible and can go right up the shaft. Looking a little like goose bumps. Friction from clothes etc will sometimes remove the hair itself. Occasionally if one gets blocked it will appear like a spot but I don't see anything different here. If you're concerned double check with your GP or practice nurse or googling might reassure you. I'm female so don't have one myself obviously but yours looks like every other I've seen. Hope this reassures you x
