Not had period for nearly 1 year

Hi so I had an abortion in September last year.. Then I had bleeding and problems with brown discharge etc gp gave me 4 weeks antibiotics for PID and other things. Since February I have had nothing no discharge no period... I am panic now as June was my last period and its nearly 1 year.. Any help??

This happened with me I have pid, a month after being treated I had a cervical screening I had abnormal cells which caused me having abnormal periods x
