I was diagnosed and treated for chlyamidia a week ago.

I masturbated about 4 days after treatment and 7 days after treatment. I spat on my fingers after fingering Myself & I think my fingers touched my lips have I risked reinfection

No you should be fine because the antibiotics that they gave you will treat the whole body though they do advise not having sex and they generally include masturbating within that. One curious point, did they take a second sample for testing? They have started doing this as there are some antibiotic resistant strains out there which require you to take a longer dose or an additional medication.

One final point you have to wait 6 weeks before you can get tested for the all clear as otherwise it could show up as a false positive result.
