I haven't had sex for almost year, But I wake up with rock hard penises, and go use restroom, it rarley has like stinging while urinating, I paid it no attention, the sensation of being hard from my dreams causes pressure so I occasionally make myself ejaculate, when it comes time for me to cum, I get slight tingle and burning feeling in tip my penis after I release there is randomly thick clump sperm that comes out and end of my process.. Then every now and then burn when urinate after words... Can it just be from lack of sex or should I seek help ?

I don't have a penis so I'm making a guess here. Given that your using the same tube to pee and ejaculate I would say it's becoming sensitised by the erection and so when you pee it may be sensitive. If you had a discharge of anything then you'd definitely need to get it checked. It might be worth checking with your GP to rule out a possible UTI to put your mind at rest.
