Fear of genital warts spreading with menses

Can having my menses cause the spread of genital warts? I have been working on them with tea tree oil and seeing improvements but I'm afraid I'll be seeing new warts with my menses. Please help with an advice (s)

I had anal warts a few years ago, after countless amounts of treatment at the GU Med clinic, I ended up buying the freeze stuff for watts from the pharmacy, within 3 weeks I had got rid of them and have never had them since

Wow! I like the sound of that. I'm trying the tea tree oil now, but it's like clearing them up, but at the same time new tiny ones are being born. I will try the aldara cream since mine are tiny to small ones. If it doesn't work, then I'll suggest the freeze stuff to my doctor. By the way, what is the name of it
