Are these genital warts?

I have had unprotected sex with 2 different girls during this year and a week ago i have noticed 4 small bumps in my genital area and I am worried if these are genital warts?

I went to a doctor and this was diagnosed as MCV, does anybody has similar experience? Can I totally clear this virus from my body?
