I need some help i have come up with a lump

I have come up with a lump and its very painful it doesn't look like a blister and i havent been with any one who has herpes either does anyone know what this could be please

There is something called a Bartholin cyst which can become an abscess which can be very painful, on the entrance to the vagina; (this next part is copied from nhs)

A Bartholin's cyst, also known as Bartholinitis occurs when a Bartholin's gland is blocked and the gland becomes inflamed. Sizes range from that of a pea to that of an egg and form just within each side of the lower part of the opening of the vagina. An abscess may form if the cyst becomes infected.
