My partner has chlamydia, I've only found out today?! If i go to the doctors will they give me the treatment straight away or not?

They will run a test but if they are confident you probably have it then yes they will if They think it probably is not Chlamydia then no they will wait for the test results to come back.

Hi yes they prob will if you say your partner has just been diagnosed . You will need to obstain from any sexual contact, and will need to be retested in a weeks time . Then us should be cleared up . So don't worry . Hope that helps .

Yeah if your partner definitely has it they don't bother testing you, you'll just be treated right away.
