Sexual enhancements ?

I don't know if I should talk to my doctor but I'm quite a sexual person and latley I have found that I can't always keep sexual aroused during a session . I've noticed that you can get sexual enhancements online are these worth it at all ? Because I'm worried about using them as some claim there are bad side effects :(

Many thanks

So much depends on your age and general health.  There are very few things that really work - all the things advertised as "alternatives" are probably not effective. Drugs like "viagra" and others may work but need prescribing by a doctor
