For a few weeks now my scrotum has been very painful and sensitive to touch , with a burning sensation . Been to clinic , had a urine and blood test for STI, test came back negative . I have no rashes, slight discomfort whilst peeing , no discharge ..

Very sore and tender, and can't work out what it is . Doctor prescribed a course of antibiotics but this hasn't worked either . Help , this is not only uncomfortable but is messing up my love life..

You have done all the right things; simply persevere with the medical approach. Use some soothing cream if on the surface but do not ignore this. If it does not improve you would need a hospital referral
