If she's a woman it's likely she masturbates too... And it's not exactly a weird thing to do. Tell her what the actual issue is rather than making it up, then she can help you...

xturner is absolutely correct. There's nothing to be ashamed of in masturbating, and any half decent doctor will not judge you.

You've only got to look around the web at some of the things doctors have to deal with. Believe me, after some of those incidences you admitting you masturbate will be of no interest to them at all other than to get you well

Just a thought - you're not catching yourself with a nail are you? I have to be so careful to cut my finger nails or I can catch my girlfriend and cut her when it all gets a bit fraught.
