Random spot on baby

Just after some advice. I've noticed random spot on my 7 week old. She has one on her arm, one on her stomach and one on her back. They seem almost like blood spots and ideas as to what they could be? Thanks

It doesn’t look like anything major but I’d ask the HV or GP to be sure.
