What Are You Doing 20 March?

What is happening on the 20 March?

If you were to plan to do something that day which makes you happy; what might that be?

It is the United Nations International Day Of Happiness.

In the Northern Hemisphere, it is the Spring or Vernal Equinox.

In at least 13 Countries, there are some communities for whom it is their new year celebration (Afghanistan, Azerbaijan, India, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mongolia, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkey, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan).

Around the World people may have differing views about many things, and yet, when they are asked "what makes them happy?"; their answers can be very relatable:

20 March: I plan to enjoy an outdoor picnic (and if the weather happens to be cold / rainy that day ...it will either be an "indoor picnic" listening to music at home, or a "car picnic" - parked somewhere of Spring interest, admiring the view - perhaps near a park, reservoir, or arboretum).

What about you, which things might make you happy, could you make any enjoyable plans for 20 March?

Time to pack up a picnic, people, music, blanket etc. and enjoy today (outdoors if possible).
