Sounds like you're really not happy with things at the moment. Do you have family you are in contact with? Or a support worker/social prescriber?
Hi Alex 👋
I know how you're feeling, I feel the same way.
No job, no (real) friends, just about scraping by looking after myself.
Everything is difficult, how am I supposed to carry on like this for another 50 years you know?
I'm dreading it honestly.
But I just keep on going, 1 day at a time, do something you enjoy at least once a day, eat a favourite food, watch a film you like, play a game etc... So the job hunting doesn't completely ruin your day.
Try not to think about other people too much, they are all let downs anyway, who wants to be apart of all that fake social construct, "normal" people are self serving, so don't worry about them.
Maybe you can find a community of fellow autists in your area. I did and it helped to know I'm not the only one struggling. Misery loves company 🤷♀️
Good luck Alex 🤞

You are younger than me, people get easier to talk to as you get older, see if there are any adult disability groups or any group related to your interest (I went to groups to do with Harry Potter as well as groups to do with crafts ). They are typically super friendly. I am also trying to find a job after finishing uni and it is hard. Try to get a part volunteer job at a charity shop to build up you CV. Also don't be hard on yourself, people are werid and can sometimes just be weridly nasty for no reason, that is not on you.
There are plenty of people on this website as well as places like reddit and tumblr that will happy to talk
